Chassis Design
RCC applies all of its resources—from extensive industry knowledge to computer generated suspensions—to arm you with the best geometry for your given application. We build adjustability in so you can maximize set up for your driver. What does this mean for you? Faster corner speeds, reduced lap times, and winning.
Update Existing Chassis
RCC can update your existing chassis using one of our computer generated suspensions which can replace your existing, outdated or crash-damaged vehicle.
Fabrication
RCC solves your chassis modification needs. Using the most advanced tools and processes, we provide expert fabrication, repair, and updates for your race chassis or we can fully modify your German touring, import unibody or hobby stock race car.
SCCA and NASA custom roll cages
RCC listens to your needs to design a custom package for you. Without using cookie cutter, “near-but-not-exact fit” roll cages, we make sure your roll cage is strong, lightweight, and looking cool.
Suspension upgrades
Whether you are moving up a class or are hunting for more speed, RCC can upgrade your suspension with shocks coilovers, sway bars and custom suspension components from A-frames to spindle and brake packages.
Corner weight scaling
If it has 4 wheels, we can scale it for you and provide a baseline you can build speed and consistency upon. We provide a fast, consistent platform for circle track, drag racing, SCCA, NASA, micro sprint, quarter midget and microd chassis.
Microd Chassis
What started out as building a chassis for my son, evolved into a whole new business offering. Reactive Chassis has produced NY State Microd Association, winning chassis for the past 12 years. We offer 2 different chassis: traditional straight axle and our super fast, independent front suspension option. RCC has taken microd racing to the next level. Incorporating our 30 years of racing design and fabrication, our focus is safety, then speed for the young racer. RCC offers a free Microd safety review of your existing chassis.
